the location is fantastic being so close to the train station and main attractions! the room i had was really spacious and offered an amazing view i really enjoyed. the staff were all super helpful and the service was just stellar!
There were quite a few stairs. This could be difficult for older guests. the main road was busy plus there was no close parking!

The room featured stylish décor, including patterned wallpaper and elegant lighting. there was also a well stocked mini bar and a modern entertainment system. the ensuite bathroom included complimentary toiletries and plush towels. These were great.

The front desk provided efficient check in and check out procedures. the concierge arranged tours and provided helpful local information. the restaurant staff offered prompt and attentive service during breakfast. Everything was very good!

The room felt smaller than expected considering the price. I thought a bath would be included. The breakfast service was slow. A considerable wait for food happened. A longer wait than i wanted impacted my enjoyment of the morning.

i found the staff polite. the location is central. the breakfast had hot food made to order alongside a really good buffet.
i had difficulty sleeping. the external noise from the pub opposite was beyond tolerable. the air conditioner was neither quiet nor effective. the bathroom was actually a shower room, and the shower pressure dropped at random intervals.
